Andrea Pukteris - B. Sc. Arch. (Mcgill) M. Arch. (Mcgill) Leed-AP
Since graduating McGill's School of Architecture, Andrea has been working in private practice and as program director and faculty lecturer at Herzing College, in Sustainable Architecture Technology.
In practice she has focused on institutional and residential construction while she has pursued further studies at the Universite de Montreal in heritage conservation examining the relationships between vernacular architecture and the landscape, in particular strategies for conserving the genius loci in this context. Her current research interests include: ethics and the built environment, cultural landscapes and heritage conservation.
